‘Petit’ translates to ‘small’, so keep these little! In this step, we’re spring off one leg, stretching the feet in the air and landing on the other leg with the foot pointed behind the ankle. Watch the video carefully – I start the rhythm with a little run on the spot, try this as it will help you with the feeling of ‘one leg then the other’. Remember to try and keep those toes pointed at the back and knees facing out to the sides.
